Our mission is to provide executive-pastoral support to the Church of Jesus Christ.
We want a church leadership whose secretarial responsibilities are minimized, whose sense of good governance is maximized, and who are enabled to pursue the care of souls more freely. We hope for a healthier Church.
We cannot make their task easy.
But we can make it easier.

Adam Salter Gosnell is an American Anglican priest (ACNA), and serves as the Founder and President of JethroXP. He believes that systems and processes give us space; in that space, we can afford to be more profoundly human.
Father Adam has served in churches throughout the US for more than a decade, first preaching, then adding operations elements to his work.
Today, in addition to his work at JethroXP he serves as Director of Operations at Isaiah Forty and the Lead Developer of The Liturgy Generator. He lives in Texas with his wife, Rebecca, and their four children.
He enjoys learning new skills, using single-spaces after a period, and is an avid indoorsman.
